Can I also buy the e-books as a hard copy version?
The e-books are only available as downloads.
In which formats and languages can the e-books be acquired?
The e-books are only available in PDF format and in German and English
Do the e-books come with protective functions?
The e-books do not contain any protective functions.
Can I print the e-books?
The e-books can be printed off for your personal use. A transfer of the PDF file or of the printed version, even in part, is not permitted
How can I buy an e-book on EBook24-7?
To buy an e-book, you need to go to the product page where the e-book you are looking for is offered. There you place the product in the shopping cart and proceed to the check-out. If you have already bought something from EBook24-7 then you just need to log in. New customers must first sign up before making a purchase. After you have logged in or signed up, select the desired method of payment and agree to the right of withdrawal and the general terms and conditions by ticking the check box. With a click on the green button Next you continue with the purchase process.
If you have chosen PayPal as the method of payment, you will be redirected to PayPal to continue with the payment. You will then be redirected by PayPal to the purchasing page, where you can complete the purchase process by clicking on the green Pay to place the order button.
If you have selected the Pay in advance / Bank transfer payment method, you can reach the page with the order overview by clicking on the green Next button. After you have checked your order, you conclude the purchase process by clicking on the green Pay to place order button.
What payment options does EBook24-7 offer?
Payment by PayPal
PayPal offers the ability to make online transactions easy, secure and fast. Once registered, you only need your PayPal e-mail address and your personal password to complete the payment. If you choose this option, you will automatically be taken to an SSL-encrypted interface from PayPal. If you have a PayPal account, you can log in directly and pay conveniently by credit card.
Pay in advance / Bank transfer
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail containing the bank details of EBook24-7. After the purchase amount has been received on the specified EBook24-7 account, the download option of your purchased product will be unlocked and it will be available for download to your customer account.
I bought an e-book on EBook24-7. Where can I download it?
After paying, you can download the e-book in your personal user area under Your Account by clicking on the green Download button.
How often can I download a purchased product?
You can download a purchased product 999999 times (but the store does not provide an infinite number of downloads).
In addition, I offer all registered buyers the possibility to download all future book versions in their customer accounts for free.
Note: As far as I know, this service is not offered by any other e-book store.
The download does not correspond to the description or does not work. What can I do?
Please send an e-mail to info(at)ebook24-7.de with a detailed description of what is not working (for example, error message, operating system used, version of software used, etc.). We will reply to you as soon as possible.
How can I rate and comment on the e-book?
To rate and comment on the e-book you have purchased, you must first log in to EBook24-7. On the product page of the corresponding product, click on the Rate this product link in the Customer reviews window on the left side of the page. You will be redirected to the review page, where you can post your review and comment on the product.
Can anyone rate and comment on an e-book?
You must have previously purchased the e-book in order to rate it on EBook24-7.
