Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right to revoke, you must contact me, Arno Schöchlin, Endinger Str. 16, 77694 Kehl, e-mail: info(at)eBook24-7.de with a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the revocation form provided below (which can also be downloaded) but this is not mandatory. To guarantee the validity of the revocation period, it is necessary to send the notification of revocation before the revocation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we must refund all the payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from you choosing a different delivery method than the most affordable and standard delivery we offer) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract was received by us. The same payment method that you used in the original transaction will be used for the refund, unless otherwise agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Early termination of the right of revocation
Pursuant to Section 356 (5) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of revocation in the case of a contract for the delivery of non-physical digital content may expire if the online retailer has started to perform the contract and after that the consumer has:
1. Expressly agreed to this execution and
2. He has taken note and confirmed that by consenting to the execution thereof, the right of revocation is lost.
Interoperability and compatibility
The KNX programming made easy and Gira HomeServer programming made easy e-books, as well as the instructions for the visualisations, icons, background images and software can be downloaded as a PDF or included in the file to be downloaded.
A PDF reader is required to open the e-book. This must be installed for the appropriate operating system on the PC / notebook / smart phone / tablet / etc. of the buyer.
The e-book does not have technical protection measures such as digital rights management protection or regional coding.
