General Terms and Conditions
Section 1 Scope
The following terms and conditions are part of the contract between Ebook24-7 and the customer. The following terms and conditions apply to all ongoing, closed, current and future transactions with Ebook24-7.
Section 2 Subject of the contract
Arno Schöchlin operates an e-store for commercial purposes under the domain ebook24-7.com and ebook24-7.de. On the homepage of Ebook24-7, the customer is offered digital products for purchase exclusively over the internet.
Section 3 Obligations of the customer
The customer must provide complete and truthful information when ordering. Any changes are to be reported to Ebook24-7 immediately.
Section 4 Prices
The list prices apply at the time of the order, as shown on the website. The prices are exclusive of packaging and shipping costs. The indicated prices include VAT, when applicable.
After the product has been purchased, the customer receives a confirmation e-mail containing all the necessary access data for the immediate download of the acquired product.
Ebook24-7 will respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding changes to already placed or pending orders, extensions and / or limitations of the product scope
Section 5 Usage licence for e-books
You will receive a single user licence for every e-book purchased from Ebook24-7. This includes permission to save and / or print a copy of e-books purchased from Ebook24-7 for your personal use on your computer or reader.
Any further copy is prohibited by applicable copyright. You are expressly prohibited from modifying or editing a file or any part of it in any way or to make any parts of it available to third parties privately or commercially.
Section 6 Disclaimer
Ebook24-7 is not liable for the uninterrupted accessibility of the website.
The offers of Ebook24-7 on the website are non-binding. As a result, Ebook24-7 is not obligated to provide services in the event of unavailability. A contract and thus a contractual commitment to the individual services comes with an order by the customer
Ebook24-7 assumes no liability for the timeliness, legality, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against Ebook24-7, which refer to material or immaterial nature caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are excluded.
Any claims for damages of the purchaser as a result of the offered service against Ebook24-7, although for whatever legal reason, are generally excluded.
Section 7 Privacy
Ebook24-7 will comply with all data protection requirements, in particular the requirements of the German Telemedia Act. All information provided by the customer (address or user data provided by him) will be stored and treated confidentially.
Section 8 Delivery conditions
The delivery of e-books takes place per download, free of shipping. The customer receives the invoice by e-mail. Ebook24-7 can only accept the payment methods offered in the order.
A right of return when ordering e-books or a refund of the purchase price is not possible.
Ebook24-7 assumes no liability for the use of e-books and the information contained therein.
The products offered are protected by copyright. Any use without the consent of Ebook24-7 is strictly prohibited. This applies in particular to publication, duplication, translation and storage and processing in electronic systems.
Section 9 Copyrights
The products distributed by Ebook24-7 are protected by copyright. The user agrees to recognise and comply with the copyright. No copyrights, usage rights and other protective rights in the product are transferred to the user.
The user is only entitled to use the product retrieved for his own purposes. He is not entitled to make the product available to third parties for exploitation or use. A public reproduction or other further publication and a commercial duplication of the product is expressly excluded.
The user may not remove copyright notices, trademarks and other legal restrictions in the retrieved product.
Section 10 Final provisions
The contract language is German.
